  3. 2014 St Vincent High School Homecoming

    October 10, 5:00 PM - October 11, 6:00 PM

    The 65th Annual St. Vincent High School Homecoming will kick-off its festivities on Thursday, October 10 at 7:00 p.m. with the lighting of the bonfire by the SVHS Senior Class of 2015 followed by traditional bonfire activities. The homecoming parade will be Friday, October 10 with line-up at 5:00 p.m. and parade starting at 6:00 p.m. The football game kick-off is at 7:30 p.m. against the Grandview Eagles. The cow patty plop will be held during the 4th quarter of the football game. On Saturday, October 11 at 4:30 p.m. there is a Mass for the Alumni. Call the Parish Center at (573) 547-4591 for seating and class reservations. Please provide the graduating year and number attending. The homecoming dance for students grade 9-12 is scheduled from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. in the high school gymnasium. Homecoming weekend is always a special time to reunite with old friends, show support for the SV as well as showcase the outstanding tradition that is unlike any other.

  4. 2014 Perryville High School Homecoming

    October 18, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    The 59th annual PHS Homecoming Parade will begin at 10 am Saturday, Oct. 18. Line up at 9:30 at City Park. All floats should be at Big Pavilion by 9:30 am for judging. Parade leaves City Park at 10 am, enter East Ste. Maries St. from the roundabout, traveling to Main Street then south to National Guard Drive. (Walking units like Color Guard and bands exit at Campus Drive). Floats should report to the football field area for further directions. Football Game - The Pirates will host the Scott City Rams at 1 pm Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014 in Pirate Stadium. The halftime show will include a performance by the PHS Marching Buccaneers and the crowning of the PHS Homecoming King and Queen.

    Join us for the 2014 Moonlight Madness Trunk or Treat at the Perry Park Center Parking Lot, Thursday, October 23rd. This year's event will be focused on providing a safe, controlled environment for children in our community to trick or treat along with providing a chance for all Chamber of Commerce members to market their business! We will have a costume contest, pumpkin decorating contest, and a pet costume contest starting at 6:30 p.m. Along with the trunk or treat- we will drive folks to the Square to shop at participating businesses and starting at 8:00 p.m. for the Ghost Walk presented by Downtown Revitalization Committee.

    This is a low impact exercise class that strengthens muscles and joints and provides a great cardiovascular workout.

  4. Waterbabies Class

    This class helps young children (ages 6 - 36 months) become comfortable in and around the water so they are ready to learn to swim. It is not designed to teach children to become good swimmers or even to survive in the water on their own. Parent or legal guardian must be in the water with the child at all times.

    A.C.T. is an intense workout that is easy on joints and muscles. Tempo and fitness level will change every three weeks to keep the body from reaching a plateau.

  70. Aqua Aerobics for Arthritis

    October 31, 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM @ Aquatic Center

    This class is for those with arthritis or range if movement problems. Range of motion is the goal for this class along with some suspended cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and stretching.
