    Aqua Aerobics is very beneficial to those with chronic arthritis. Range of motion is the goal for this class along with some suspended cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and stretching.

    Hydro-fit is a low impact exercise class that strengthens muscles and joints and provides a great cardiovascular workout. It's a perfect workout to keep you in shape throughout the summer.

    This class is an intense cardio session that will offer a variety of sports moves, ab workouts and strength training.

  5. Advanced Aqua Aerobics

    Advanced Aqua Aerobics is a class for those who want a vigorous cardio workout. Each class will offer thirty minutes of cardiovascular exercise, ten minutes suspended abs, ten minutes of resistance and ten minutes of stretching.
