The City Collector is an elected position for a period of two-years.

Term expires:  April 30, 2012.

REAL ESTATE and PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES

Real Estate and Personal Property taxes are mailed in November of every year and are due by December 31^st of each year.  After that date, a 1% penalty is added every month in arrears.  If you have not received a tax bill by December 1st, please contact the City Collector.

Payment Options: Cash, Check, Debit or Credit Cards are accepted.

·       Payments can be made at City Hall during normal working hours.

·       Drive-Up and Walk-Up drop off boxes are available for after hours.

·       Mailing your payment is always an option.
