    This class is designed for kids and adults. Martial Arts is a great family activity! Improve your physical self while learning self-defense. Martial Arts is proven to boost self-confidence, focus, and teaches respect for yourself and other people. Class will run for 6 weeks, offering 12 one hour sessions and will meet in the gymnasium at the Perry Park Center.

    Get FIT and Stay FIT! This class burns calories, tones your muscles, and increases your aerobic heart rate! Working intervals will use light weights for resistance, intense cardio moves burn fat, and finally stretching to increase flexibility and recovery. This class is designed for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Each move can be adapted to your fitness level by increasing or decreasing the resistance. Take advantage of the group energy to get the most out of your workout. Taught by Carol Winter.
