  3. Home School P.E.

    Home School P.E. is designed to allow home school children to socialize and exercise with other home school children in a fun and safe environment. Children who register for the class will participate in various exercise regimens, learn team sport fundamentals, and play games that promote good physical and emotional health. Ages: 5 - 18 (group will be split up into smaller age groups to ensure age-appropriate lessons and activities)

    Get FIT and Stay FIT! This class burns calories, tones your muscles, and increases your aerobic heart rate! Working intervals will use light weights for resistance, intense cardio moves burn fat, and finally stretching to increase flexibility and recovery. This class is designed for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Each move can be adapted to your fitness level by increasing or decreasing the resistance. Take advantage of the group energy to get the most out of your workout. Taught by Carol Winter.
