Making a Payment

There are many convenient ways to pay your City of Perryville utility bill:

  • Online
  • In-person
  • By mail
  • Contact us via phone
  • Utilize one of our convenient drop boxes
  • Sign up for our free Auto Pay

Online 

  • Coming in Summer 2013!
  • The City is installing new utility software that will allow us to accept utility payments on our website.
  • Subscribe now under Notify Me to receive notification when the on-line bill pay option is available.

In-Person

  • We accept cash, checks, money orders, or credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, or Discover) in our office during normal business hours of Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm.


Via phone

  • Call the utility billing department with your credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard, or Discover) during normal business hours and we can process your payment without you having to leave the comfort of your home! No additional fee applied for this service.


Drop Box

  • We have one drop box located on the east side of City Hall under the tan awning.
  • We also have a free standing drop box located in the parking lot of Fire Department Station #2 - across the street from the Thrift Store on West North Street. (Please do not put cash in this box).


Auto Pay

  • Sign up for Auto Pay - we will deduct your bill from a designated checking/saving account at no additional charge automatically every month. Allow at least one billing cycle for activation.


By Mail

  • Mail your payment with your billing stub to the address below. Please be sure to allow ample time for payment delivery.
