Real Estate
Real estate includes all residential, commercial, agricultural, and vacant land.

Real estate taxes are mailed the first week of November of every year and are due December 31 of each year. After that date, a 1% penalty is added each month that the taxes are in arrears. If you do not receive a tax bill by December 1, please contact the city collector at (573) 547-2594.

Personal Property
Personal property includes all tangible personal property such as vehicles, trailers, watercraft, aircraft, motor homes and mobile homes, as well as any equipment that you many own or lease in order to operate your business.

Payment
Pay your City of Perryville real estate or personal property taxes in-person, by mail, utilize one of our convenient drop boxes!

In-Person
We accept cash, checks, money orders, or credit / debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, or Discover) in our office during normal business hours.

Drop Box
We have one drop box located on the side of the building under the tan awning on the utility collections side of the building
We also have a free standing drop box located in the parking across the street from the Thrift Store (please do not put cash in this box).
