Gentle Yoga (NEW)

This class‏ blends the Yoga Basics with the flowing aspects of a vinyasa class at much slower pace, building strength as well as a sense of well-being and inner stillness. This practice is therapeutic and inspiring. This class is for beginners and experienced students. Variations are offered to support the new student while challenges are encouraged for the more skilled.

Beginners Barre Workout

It's a surprisingly tough workout, drawing from the three disciplines of ballet barre work, yoga, and Pilates. Create long, lean muscle without bulk. The workout launches a full blown attack on all areas of the body, especially the abs, hips, seat, and arms. It defies gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! The workout requires such focus that you block "life" out for the hour, allowing you to obtain the mental benefits achieved in yoga and meditation.

Advanced Yoga Flow

This class will challenge your body to building strength on the inside, as well as on the outside. We will combine movement with the breath and challenge the mind with long holds in various poses as we strengthen the legs, core, and arms. This class will build heat internally, bring a water bottle and a hand towel with your yoga mat.

Sunrise Yoga


Start your day with this energizing slow vinyasa flow. In this class you will match the breath with movement to create some heat in the body for better digestion and create strength for the muscles, flexibility for the joints and balance for the mind and body. ALL physical abilities are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat, all other props are provided. Class will run for 7 weeks offering 6 one hour sessions and will meet at the Perry Park Center Meeting Room.

Senior Chair Yoga

Chair yoga can benefit anyone, regardless of age, inflexibility, or even disability. For those who can’t get on the floor to do traditional mat yoga, chair yoga offers wonderful health benefits such as: increased flexibility, improved bone density, improved balance, relaxation, relief from arthritis and better breathing. Chair yoga is practiced while sitting in the chair instead of on the floor. The chair is also used for support while practicing standing poses to support the body in balance. There is no age limit for this class and all physical abilities are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat, all other props are provided. Class will run for 45 minutes sessions and will meet at the Perry Park Center Meeting Room.

Senior Barre Workout

Improve your posture and strengthen and tone your legs with standing exercises done at a ballet bare. Tone up your arms with small, isolated movements while using 1-2 pound hand weights (optional) and improve your core while sitting in a chair or on your yoga mat! Classes are 45 minute sessions and will meet in the meeting room at the Perry Park Center.
