The Human Resource Manager assists all City departments in attracting, motivating and retaining a qualified, effective and diverse workforce, and provides employment-related services to the city's employees and to job applicants.  

Current employment opportunities are posted online, printed in the Republic-Monitor newspaper, often posted on our social media outlets, and posted at City Hall/other facilities. 

The functions performed by the Personnel Clerk include:
