Forming fitness habits now, to start the year off right, will help you stay on track for the year! Give running a try! No need to be intimidate, because this class is designed for the non-runner. We'll begin at YOUR pace, and in 8 weeks, you'll be running a 5K! This class will help motivate, inspire, and make you feel better about yourself. Our instructor, Carol Winter, will encourage you and help you with form, breathing, and other running questions you may have. So grab your shoes and give running a try!

Class will be held every Tuesday and Thursday for eight weeks at 5:30 a.m.

The fee for the class is $30.00 for members and $35.00 for non-members.

Are you ready to run faster, longer, or more efficiently? Want to ramp up your training? Join this class for 8 weeks of training customized to your goals, while running alongside other runners. Whether it is a faster 5K or a faster half marathon, there are workouts that can help you achieve your goal. Our instructor will design a plan specifically for you, and work you through your running journey. Join now and start the year as a faster and more efficient runner. 

Class will be held every Tuesday and Thursday for seven weeks at 5:30 a.m.

The fee for the class is $30.00 for members and $35.00 for non-members.
