The City of Perryville follows the guidelines that the
Missouri Public Service Commission has set forth. The City supplies its customers with safety information on a periodic basis. We make our customers aware of the smell of natural gas by including “if you smell gas” stickers with all utility bills on a quarterly basis. We also make the public aware of natural gas by publishing notifications on our website, in our local newspaper and by mailing and handing out flyers/brochures. We also have a wide variety of brochures available in our utility billing office located at 215 N. West Street.
