The City is divided into the following three wards (voting precincts):
Ward Number One
Ward No. 1 shall include all of the territory bound on the west by a line beginning at the intersection of South Main Street and the city limits, thence north along the centerline of Main Street to Kingshighway, north along the centerline of Kingshighway to Perryville Boulevard, south along the centerline of Perryville Boulevard to Old St. Mary's Road, north along the centerline of Old St. Mary's Road to Kingshighway, thence continue north on the centerline of Kingshighway to the city limits, and bound on the north, east and south by the city limits. Ward No. 1 shall further include all of the territory bound on the south by Sandler Drive, on the east by Kingshighway, and on the west and north by the city limits.

Ward Number Two
Ward No.2 shall include all of the territory bound on the east by the centerline of Main Street, south by the centerline of St. Joseph Street, west by the centerline of Sycamore Road and the city limits, and on the north by a line beginning at the intersection of Sandler Drive and Kingshighway, thence south along the centerline of Kingshighway to Old St. Mary 's Road, continue south on the centerline of Old St. Mary 's Road to Perryville Boulevard, north on the centerline of Perryville Boulevard to Kingshighway, thence continue south along the centerline of Kingshighway to Main Street.

Ward Number Three
Ward No. 3 shall include all of the territory bound on the north following a line beginning at the intersection of Sycamore Road (also known as PCR 801) and the city limits, thence south along the centerline of Sycamore Road to St. Joseph Street and east along the centerline of St. Joseph Street to Main Street, and is further bound on the east by the centerline of Main Street, and on the south and west by the city limits.
