Mobile Home Park Licenses are purchased through the City Clerk’s Office and are renewable in January of each year.

License Applications
Application for original licenses shall be in writing, signed by the applicant, accompanied by an affidavit of the applicant as to the truth of the application, and by the deposit of $30 plus $5 for each designated mobile home lot. The application must contain:
- The name and address of the applicant
- The location and legal description of the mobile home park
- Site plan of the mobile home lots, structures, roads, walkways, and other service facilities
All personal property and real estate taxes must be paid and current with the County Collector's Office before a new or renewal license can be issued.
Renewals
Applications for renewals of licenses shall be made in writing by the holder of the licenses, shall be accompanies by the deposit fee of $10 plus $5 for each designated mobile home lot, and shall contain any change in the information submitted since the original license was issued or the latest renewal granted.
