Rules
General Facility
- All entrants to the Perry Park Center must purchase a pass unless specified elsewhere.
- All entrants to the Perry Park Center must check in at the Operations Desk.
- Clothing must be worn at all times in the Perry Park Center, with the exception of the Aquatics Area. This includes shirt, pants/shorts, and shoes.
- Children 9 years of age or younger must be chaperoned by someone 14 years of age or older at all times.
- Loitering inside or outside of the Perry Park Center is prohibited.
- No rollerblades, skateboards, or roller skates on the premises. Additionally bikes are not allowed to be ridden on the sidewalks.
- No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome.
- No tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping, drugs, or alcohol is permitted at the Perry Park Center.
- Any conduct harmful or unsafe to the purpose of the Perry Park Center, such as profanity, fighting, or intoxication is prohibited. The Perry Park Center reserves the right to dismiss and/or refuse all privileges to anyone abusing the standards of conduct, misusing or damaging the equipment or facility, or jeopardizing the safety of themselves or others.
- Absolutely NO ONE under the age of 14 can enter the weight room.
- No food and drink allowed in the fitness area, with the exception of water
- Do not drop the weights
- Please wipe off all equipment whenever finished
- Please put all equipment away whenever finished.
- Please limit your exercise time to 30 minutes if there are other people waiting to use the machines
- Please take all items with you whenever you leave.
Racquetball Courts
- Please check out the key at the Operations Desk
- Please use looking window upon entering
- Absolutely no food or drink allowed.
- Proper shoes must be worn. No boots, sandals, or hard-soled shoes.
- No banging of racquet on walls or floor.
- No profane language.
- Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult while playing racquetball
- Walleyball by reservation only. Please contact our Leagues/Fitness Supervisor at 547-7275.
Gymnasium
- Proper shoes & clothing must be worn at all times. No boots, sandals, or hard-soled shoes during recreational play
- Please treat all equipment with respect.
- No food or drink allowed during recreational play
- No stomping, banging, or running on bleachers.
- No wet clothing allowed in this area.
Walking Track
- Please follow the directional signs and stay in the designated lanes for walking or running based on your activity.
- Be mindful of other users on the track.
- Strollers are allowed on the Walking Track as long as they yield to other walkers and runners.
- Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Children 13 and under are not allowed on the fitness equipment
Locker Room
- To ensure the privacy of our members and guests, the use of cell phone cameras or recording devices are prohibited in the locker room at all times. Violators will be asked to leave the premises and may be subject to criminal prosecution.
- IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO BE EXPOSED IN A PUBLIC FACILITY. PLEASE USE THE DRESSING ROOMS.
- Do not leave personal items and clothing in dressing rooms.
- Lockers are available for rent and day use. Lockers are also available in the pool area, weight room and gymnasium. Locks are available for purchase at the Operations Desk. The Perry Park Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Females must wear a swimsuit under shorts and t-shirts.
- For your safety and others, please shower before entering the pool.
- Food is not allowed in the locker room. Food is permitted at tables in pool area or in concessions area.
- Chewing gum is not allowed in the pool area.
- Lost and found is kept for 30 days, after which it will be donated to a charitable organization.
- Management reserves the right to interpret the rules to protect all patrons. A complete list of Facility Rules is available at the Operations Desk. Please contact the Aquatics Director at 547-7275 if you have any questions concerning posted rules.
- Floors may be slippery when wet.
Pool
- To ensure the privacy of our members and guests, the use of cell phone cameras or recording devices are prohibited in the locker room at all times. Violators will be asked to leave the premises and may be subject to criminal prosecution.
- Patrons under the age of 10 must be supervised by someone 14 years or older at all times. Lifeguards are present for protection and prevention.
- Proper swim attire is required in the pool. Cutoff jeans and clothing with rivets, exposed zippers and buttons are not permitted.
- Running is not allowed on the pool deck.
- No diving from pool deck including the diving well deck.
- Non-swimmers must wear a Coast-Guard approved life vest and have an adult or guardian within reach at all times.
- Water wings, rafts or foam noodles are not permitted in the pool.
- Life vests are not permitted on dives.
- No one is allowed to catch patrons off the slides or dives.
- Patrons must be 48 inches tall to use the slide. Anyone less than 48 inches in height must have an adult accompany them down the slide. No one is allowed to catch sliders.
- Shoes, flip flops, goggles, and glasses are not allowed on the slide or dives.
- Children over the age of 5 years old are not allowed in the baby pool.
- All children in the baby pool must have an adult with them at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty at the baby pool.

Wibit Rules
- FOR SWIMMERS ONLY!
- Limit of eight (8) people on Wibit at one time.
- Swimmers must be 4 – 6 ft tall.
- Swimmers weighing 200 lbs or more are not allowed.
- Swimmers who meet the above requirements and cannot swim must wear a personal floatation device.
- No sandals, crocs or shoes allowed.
- No glasses or goggles allowed.
- Do not jump from deck to Wibit or from Wibit to deck.
- Parents must supervise children during use.
- Remove all rings, necklaces, watches and other sharp objects before boarding.
- This is not designed as a rescue device.
- One person must jump at a time.
- Only jump when the safety area is free of persons.
- Lifeguards have the right to question a swimmer’s ability and administer a swim test.
