2011 Comprehensive Plan


The City of Perryville adopted the 2011 Comprehensive Plan in April 2011. The comprehensive plan presents an analysis of community socio-economic conditions and physical character. The plan also presents recommendations for meeting current and future needs regarding population growth, land use, and major streets. The comprehensive plan is intended to serve as a general guide to the community in directing growth and development over the next 10 to 20 years.

This project was contracted through the Southeast Missouri Regional Planning and Economic Development Commission. The preparation of this report was financed with funds provided by the City of Perryville, Missouri.
