Applications & Permits

Utilize our online portal to submit applications, make payments, and schedule inspections. Please be aware that not all applications are available online; some must be printed and either emailed or delivered to City Hall.

Building & Construction Permits

Any new residential buildings constructed within the city limits of Perryville, will be required to complete the following forms prior to commencing construction.

Residential Modification

Modifications, including structural changes (ie: decks, headers, finished basements), electrical changes and/or upgrades, plumbing and mechanical changes, all are required to submit the following permit application prior to beginning any project.

Planning & Zoning Applications

Planning & Zoning Process - Meetings are the 4^th Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.  Deadline to be placed on the agenda is the 2nd Wednesday of the month.  The agenda is mailed to Board members on the 2^nd Friday of the month along with letters to applicants.  After the Planning & Zoning meeting the items will then be placed on the next Board of Alderman meeting agenda for final approval. They meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month.
